Kelly Burch  Kelly Burch:  Kelly is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Accredited Staging Professional who resides in Carmel Mountain Ranch and has two adult children, Jason and Amber that both work in the Medical field. "I am an Accredited Staging Professional and have graduated from Haverhill Institute of Staging & Design.  My experience , knowledge and strengths come from marketing, sales and advertising through different careers in my life.   Laurie Pineda:  Professional Short Sale Processor & Negotiator 

What to expect:

Once you have listed your home with Kevin Hugli, I will be in continual communication with you throughout the Short Sale Process.

        I will work with you to acquire various financial items that will be required by your Lenders in order to Short Sale your home. Each Lender generally has their own set of paperwork that they require. Once I have all of the financial items needed and an offer to purchase on your property; I will then be able to open a Short Sale File with your Lender.

        There is no set amount of time that it takes to get a Short Sale Approved and this fact alone will require a great deal of patience on your part however I will  be working very closely with your Short Sale Lenders to keep things moving along as fast as possible.

        During the process, the Lenders will require additional financial information from you as we get closer to Approval Stage.

        I will be working closely with Kevin Hugli and the Buyers Agent to make sure things progress as smoothly as possible.

  Jim Pirtle: Jim is a Sales-Associate with a BS in Business Administration from Chico State University. Jim and his wife, Michelle reside in Rancho Bernardo with their two sons, Tyler and Luke. In his spare time Jim enjoys playing golf and is a member at StoneRidge Country Club. Jim joined Kevin Hugli & Associates in 2005.

   Mike Osborne:  Mike is a Sales-Associate and has been licensed since 1998.  Mike is a native San Diegan and currently resides in Scripps Ranch with his wife Veronika, two daughters Ellie & Sydney and son, Grayson.  He has a BS in Business Administration with a Specialization in Real Estate & Land Use Affairs from Sacramento State University.  While at Sacramento State, Mike was a Two-time National Champion in Men's Volleyball.  Mike now enjoys playing golf in his spare time and is a member at Bernardo Heights Country Club.  Mike joined Kevin Hugli & Associates in 1998.
