What to expect:
Once you have listed your home with Kevin Hugli, I will be in continual communication with you throughout the Short Sale Process.
I will work with you to acquire various financial items that will be required by your Lenders in order to Short Sale your home. Each Lender generally has their own set of paperwork that they require. Once I have all of the financial items needed and an offer to purchase on your property; I will then be able to open a Short Sale File with your Lender.
There is no set amount of time that it takes to get a Short Sale Approved and this fact alone will require a great deal of patience on your part however I will be working very closely with your Short Sale Lenders to keep things moving along as fast as possible.
During the process, the Lenders will require additional financial information from you as we get closer to Approval Stage.
I will be working closely with Kevin Hugli and the Buyers Agent to make sure things progress as smoothly as possible.
